Easy Rider actor Dennis Hopper must be rolling over in his grave right about now. The son of the famed actor, who died in 2010 of prostate cancer, is accused of giving a 15-year-old girl drugs and alcohol and then raping her. Henry Hopper, 21, is being sued by the girl's family for injuries to her emotional health, strength and activity, according to TMZ. The lawsuit alleges that "Jan Doe," now 16, started talking to Hopper on Facebook after meeting via a mutual friend. Hopper supposedly invited Doe to his home several times, promising her drugs and alcohol. The suit states he was true to his word, providing plenty of illicit party favors. According to the legal documents, once Doe was wasted, the young actor, "engaged in sexually offensive conduct with her." Among the allegations are that he forced sexual intercourse and oral sex on her, along with sodomizing her. One thing that isn't spelled out is whether or not the police were ever involved. The suit maintains that Hopper "preyed upon a young impressionable child, suggesting that he cared for her, luring her into his home with promises of alcohol and illegal drugs, and then repeatedly taking advantage of her youth and vulnerability." And all of those things could possibly come at a substantial cost. Doe's mom is suing for unspecified damages. The young Hopper is a celebrity in his own right. Last year, he starred in the Gus Van Sant-helmed film Restless.
