Jesse James continues to feel the fallout from stepping out on his wife. As his marriage to Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock unravels in light of his sex scandal with stripper/tattoo model/Nazi lover Michelle McGee, the West Coast Choppers CEO currently has another woman from his past gunning for him. This time, it's ex-wife/porn star Janine Lindemulder. James and Lindemulder have been in a bitter custody dispute over their 6-year-old daughter Sunny. Although Lindemulder has been fighting for time with their child since completing her prison sentence for tax evasion, James had been granted full custody of the girl. Many speculated that Bullock's girl-next-door image had assisted James in court. But now that The Blind Side actress appears to be out of the picture, Lindemulder plans on using the negative press against James. Lindemulder, who's currently residing in a halfway house, has filed legal papers to go before the judge once again. They'll head back to court on June 14. Bullock hasn't been seen since James' 11-month affair with McGee became tabloid fodder last week.
