Gary Dourdan may have played a cop on television, but the same doesn't hold true in real life. In fact, the former CSI star seems to have a problem staying above the law. The troubled actor has officially been charged with drug possession after he was busted last month following a car accident in which he played bumper cars. According to reports, Dourdan crashed into a bunch of parked cars in Hollywood. At the time, he was busted for possession of drug paraphernalia. Initially, police believed Dourdan was carrying X -- as in ecstasy -- but it was really all one big mix-up. He apparently was packing oxycontin, better known as hillbilly heroin. The good news for Dourdan is that it appears drugs are the bulk of his problem -- he won't be dealing with any criminal charges for the wrecks. The bad news is this isn't Dourdan's first time at the drug charge rodeo. Back in 2008, Dourdan was taken in on suspected cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy and other prescription drugs and paraphernalia. He entered a drug-diversion program, which helped him avoid this slammer. Now, he's facing up to a year in jail for the latest charges. Dourdan's next gig should be on Celebrity Rehab.
