Oh Courtney! Will you ever stop being a hot mess?!? Obviously, I don't know if your former a*sistant's charges are real or just made up to extort money from you. Do you have any money? I've read articles that say you don't. I don't know California law because I don't live there; but many states (including the one I live in) have a law that basically says your employer has a legal "right to hire right to fire"; which I think is ridiculous but it's true. Of course, if you feel you were wrongfully terminated, you can take your case to the state labor board. I'm not defending what Love did nor making excuses for her..I'm sure her former a*sistant has some viable charges but I do have one question: Ms Labrie, did you really not know about Love's past history of insane public behavior, substance abuse, bipolar-type mood swings & just things in general like that about your former boss; which wouldn't make your work environment a happy, stress-free zone to work in? Oh, I guess I have two questions: Were you also not aware of the sh*t-storms of differing types & degrees that are a huge part of Love's life? Yes, I believe you probably do suffer from a type of PTSD syndrome after being Love's a*sistant. I have to wonder, however, if Labrie had access to Love's financial situation, maybe it's a lot better than we know; & maybe Labrie thinks she can bank some of that cash because of Love's past claims in which she says everyone owes her money and/or stole things from her (ex: her long-running fight with now Foo Fighter Dave Grohle [sp?]; who was a member of Nirvana with Love's deceased husband, Kurt Corbain; her major argument being that Dave basically took credit for writing the majority of the band's songs..Which means he gets lots & lots of cash for the royalties; & Love says that's not true & wants the monies from the royalties). Damn, I should've been a fricken writer or reporter!! Bottom line..I'm on the fence here, can't pick a team about this. Sorry everyone, for the length of this comment..It was just too juicy not to wonder wtf happened between these two chicks!! Peace & love!!
