Smith played Tim Allen's youngest child on the hit ABC show. Around 1:00 a.m., the 27-year-old was sitting in his 1998 silver Honda Accord, which happened to be parked illegally in front of a fire hydrant. When an officer went to investigate, he detected the "strong odor" of marijuana in the car. The former child actor was hit with alleged DUI and possession of drugs. It's been a tough road for Smith, who sued his parents for blowing his earnings. In addition, he married a 33-year-old vegan chef at the tender age of 17. They spent five years together before divorcing.
