Dr. Drew Pinsky must be very disappointed. Despite a stint in Celebrity Rehab for his anger management issues, Michael Lohan found himself once again on the wrong side of the law Tuesday morning. Just in time for Halloween, the frightening freak donned the infamous orange jumpsuit after he was arrested for beating on on-again, off-again galpal Kate Major. Tampa police were summoned to the home of Lindsay's father in the middle of night. According to the police report, Lohan knocked Major around because she wouldn't perform oral sex on him. Major also told cops that Lohan threatened to "slit both [his] wrist and her wrist" and throw her off the balcony of the fourth floor. It may seem like just yesterday that Major slapped yet another restraining order on the deadbeat dad, but it was actually a whole three weeks ago. Less than a month later, it's the same stuff different day. Of course, Lohan followed his usual M.O. and complained of chest pains when he was taken into custody by the po po. Before heading to the clink, the police made a pit stop at the local hospital where he was treated... and almost released. The deadbeat dad actually tried to leave the hospital on his own accord. However, he was spotted by an officer who took him to jail and booked him on domestic violence for the second time this year. It was just last March that Major accused Lohan of attacking her. In this case, reunited doesn't feel so good after all. Papa Lohan has had plenty to say about daughter Lindsay's legal woes. Wonder how much he'll have to say about his own...
