It's two and a half insults too many for Brooke Mueller. The recovering addict is peeved that ex-husband Charlie Sheen keeps taking very public digs at her and trashing her to both their children and the media. Although their divorce is finally official, the squabbling between the former couple is at an all-time high because the ex-CBS star has been talking crap about Mueller to their twin sons Bob and Max. A source tells Radaronline.com that Sheen's verbal jabs happen to be a violation of the divorce settlement. The insider tells Radar, "Brooke is closely monitoring what Charlie is telling the press, and most importantly, their twin sons, Bob and Max about her. Under the terms of their divorce settlement, Charlie isn't allowed to publicly speak about Brooke in any negative way, and Mueller is convinced he is violating that agreement. Charlie is saying thing that she believes are an attempt to make her look like a bad mother and she's had enough of it." As if Mueller needs any help looking bad. The troubled addict has recently fallen off the wagon and went on a major crack binge last month. Despite her troubles, Mueller maintains she's a good mom. The insider adds, "Brooke spends her nights at home with the boys. She is in an outpatient rehab program that allows her to be at home at night. She has her sober living companion there with her and her parents are helping her too. She feels it is outrageous for Charlie to be joking about her being in rehab in front of their kids." Obviously, Sheen doesn't realize that people who live in glass houses shouldn't cast stones. This weekend marked the first time the Two and a Half Men star had been with his children since March when the children were removed from his custody. The insider adds, "Brooke has been with the boys every day, and she can't believe that the first thing Charlie does when he sees them is to attempt to make her into a bad mother. If he keeps it up, she's going to court to stop him."
