The late Brittany Murphy was either pursuing a career in pharmacology - or she was battling some serious drug demons. TMZ uncovered notes from a medical investigator out of the L.A. County coroner's office that listed the cocktail found on her bedroom nightstand. A shocking amount of prescription drugs, either in her name, her husband's name or her mother's name, were found by the paramedics who tried to revive her. Among them were Topamax (anti-seizure medication also used to prevent migraines and treat bipolar disorder), Methylprednisolone (anti-inflammatory), Fluoxetine (aka Prozac), Klonopin (treats anxiety), Carbamazepine (treats Diabetic symptoms and is also a bipolar med), Ativan (treats anxiety), Vicoprofen (pain reliever), Propranolol (hypertension, used to prevent heart attacks), Biaxin (antibiotic), Hydrocodone (narcotic pain reliever) and miscellaneous vitamins. Murphy battled flulike symptoms in the days leading to her untimely death at age 32, and she was vomiting on the morning of her death. The coroner's notes also reveal that the actress's mother found her, yelled for Simon Monjack, her husband, and then the two tried to revive her in the shower unsuccessfully. Looks like another case of mixing prescriptions with tragic results. At least three of those drugs were found in Anna Nicole Smith's system during her autopsy...
