Britney Spears and boyfriend Jason Trawick are going their separate ways. But fear not, she's not going to hold is against him. From now on, it will be all play and no work for the celebrity couple who have called it quits professionally but are going strong personally. Spears' longtime agent has left William Morris, where he managed Spears and Taylor Swift among others. At his new gig with Famos, the 39-year-old agent will oversee the arts and entertainment brand. One of the biggest perks of Trawick's new position is that it will enable him to spend more time with the pop princess and her posse. One source tells People that Trawick no longer wanted to work the night shift. And a big part of that decision was his relationship with the pop singer and her kids. The insider reveals, "Since meeting Britney, his priorities have shifted and he would much rather be home at night with her and her boys." Although Trawick is looking forward to greener pastures, the decision to part ways with William Morris was far from easy, "It was the only company he worked for since arriving in L.A. He has been approached by different firms over the years, but nothing ever made him make the leap until now." That said, Trawick admits he's stoked about his future and says the move is "a very exciting opportunity for me professionally." In his new role he may not be working with the Disney darling, but he will be working with Dave Stewart and Mick Jagger as he oversees their f*star brand. Trawick is also looking forward to taking his show on the road. The position with Famos will allow him to go on tour with Spears when she launches her North American shows in mid June. The insider confirms, "With his new job, it sounds like he will be able to work from the road and that's ideal when your girlfriend is about to start a worldwide tour."
