If Bristol Palin's parents were disappointed when she got knocked up at 17, they ain't seen nothing yet. After months of name-calling and finger-pointing, the 19-year-old and her baby daddy Levi Johnston have called a truce and decided to put everything behind them... and tie the knot. That's right. The teen mom, who recently did a guest stint on Secret Life of the American Teenager, is set to say "I do" to her mother's arch nemesis. Johnston has gone head to head with former Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin in the media. The Palin matriarch has been critical of Levi for everything ranging from his parenting to his pant-dropping stint in Playgirl. And Johnston had no problem spilling some of Sarah's dirty little secrets to the media including telling reporters that she called her Down syndrome-stricken son Trig "retarded." According to Us Weekly, the couple reconciled, and the politician found out about their plans just like everybody else. Bristol told Us, "We got engaged two weeks ago. It felt right, even though we don't have the approval of our parents." This isn't Palin and Johnston's first plan to wed. They were engaged before and called off their wedding plans two weeks after son Tripp was born in December 2008. It was only three months ago that the couple began working through their issues and realized they still had feelings for each other. Considering her daughter has chosen to marry the man with an "aspiring porn" career who she once deemed "Ricky Hollywood," Sarah Palin is taking the high road in her statement to the Today show. The Palins said, "Bristol at 19 is now a young adult. We obviously want what's best for our children. Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our daily lives." Of course, Sarah Palin is probably thinking she's now seen it all... and if she eyed her future son-in-law's Playgirl spread, she almost has.
