Police want to talk to Arthur leading lad Russell Brand after he allegedly ripped a cell phone out of a paparazzo's hand and chucked it through the window of an empty building in New Orleans. Sounds like someone is having anger management issues. TMZ is reporting that officials are investigating the incident and want to speak with Katy Perry's ex as soon as possible. Brand was apparently feeling camera shy when he was pursued by a group of photographers. An insider tells TMZ that stalkerazzo Timothy Jackson started taking pics of Brand with his iPhone when the temperamental Brit pulled a Chris Brown. Brand supposedly snatched the iPhone and threw it through the window of a building, breaking the glass. Jackson filed a police report over the incident. So far, Brand's reps are remaining mum on the incident.
