Talk about an epic fail. There's no longer any doubt that pop star Justin Bieber is NOT the baby daddy of Mariah Yeater's illegitimate child. As it turns out, Yeater's two attorneys got out in the nick of time, as a major bombshell in the paternity scandal has exploded. TMZ uncovered text messages from the 20-year-old to a friend that implicitly state a guy named Robbie is the father of her 3-month-old son... and that she's basically been out for a payoff since the beginning. She even goes so far as to promise her confidante a kickback if he cooperates. And it's all there in black and white. On Wednesday, Yeater begged the unidentified man via text, "Pleeease ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom where she says Tristyn is Robbies Son Ill kick u when we get paid I'm trusting you please." In other text messages dating back to August, she tells the person she's texting, who chose to remain anonymous, "Don't know what he's been up to or where he at, all he had to say to me is he been busy.. would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son's life?" We're guessing Robbie isn't code for Justin Bieber and that Yeater will never see a nickel from the "Baby" singer. The text messages were the last nail in the coffin. Bieber's attorney Howard Weitzman tells TMZ, "This information proves Mariah Yeater fabricated the story. Our independent investigation indicates Ms. Yeater never met Justin; she has consistently identified another man as the child's father, and Ms. Yeater and her co-conspirators hatched this scheme in order to extort money from him and to sell her story to the media. There have been no settlement discussions and there never will be." We hope Yeater saved the shekels she's already made off her B.S. story. She may need them to pay off the lawyers who also got suckered in her scam.
