Despite allegations that he abused a nanny and that his own daughter is afraid of him - and even being legally obligated to have a monitor present with his child - Gabriel Aubry just scored big-time in court against his ex, Halle Berry. TMZ reports a judge ruled that Aubry, who hasn't received a dime in child support since he and Berry broke up, should receive $20,000 in child support monthly, racking up to close to a quarter of a million dollars a year. Aubry asked a judge back in March to give him $10,000 to $20,000, and it looks like his request paid off. The two are no strangers to courtroom skirmishes, with Aubry accused of pushing a nanny while she held Nahla and being ordered to attend anger management classes. Now the two will face off about Berry's wish to move to France with fiance' Olivier Martinez and Nahla in tow.
