This is just WRONG & BS on so many levels!! 1) Aubry is not the full-time custodial parent which means he only has a limited amount of days in a month when Nahla's with him; 2) He makes a lot of money on his own from modeling & acting; 3) WTH is he going to do with the $20K..I'm pretty sure the majority of it won't go directly towards Nahla's care (how much does it cost to take care of Nahla when he has her? When my kids were toddlers they didn't have a lot of expenses; the only major cost would've been medical care and I had health insurance); 4) He's proven that he's violent or a judge wouldn't have ordered an adult custodian be present whenever he has Nahla; 5) A judge also ordered him to take anger management cla*ses/therapy. So what do all these things point to? Halle being royally screwed and a judge who apparently ignored the other judge's rulings concerning Aubry & Nahla. This just pisses me off to no end and I'm just smh right now. Votes: +8

Don't get me wrong Hallie laid down with him got pregnant etc. But what was the judge thinking!? Everything I've read indicates he's able to work. Hallie deserves better than him and I hope she seeks to have that amount of money Drastically reduced. Votes: +5

Britney Spears pays Kevin Federline, the father of her 2 young sons the same amount of chlid support every month. But Kevin has primary custody of their sons, plus they live with Kevin on a full time basis. Why would Aubrey get that amount in child support if he is not the full time custodial parent? It makes no sense. Maybe this judge did not like Halle, & decided to give her a financial workover. Votes: +2
