Home is where the heart is. Jennifer Aniston is one step closer to the altar -- she and boyfriend Justin Theroux are officially cohabitating. Although it's been awhile since the Friends actress shared an address with a significant other, Theroux just called it quits with his longtime girlfriend of 14 years this past spring. So he should have plenty of practice. It doesn't look like he's wasting any time moving out, moving on and moving in. An insider tells People that while it's a buyer's market, the happy couple is renting for the time being. But that's not a reflection on their level of commitment. An insider says, "They decided to rent a house together while they keep searching for the perfect (one) to buy. Jen and Justin are very excited about living together in their new home." Their new home may not be the palatial $38 million property Aniston just unloaded. However, it is a quaint two-bedroom rental in Hollywood Hills with a nice view. Too bad for Theroux, Aniston has been looking to "simplify" her life, which is why she got rid of her Beverly Hills digs. Theroux and Aniston first became acquainted while filming Wunderlust, which will open in the fall. However, it wasn't until the spring that their relationship became a public affair. Since then, America's favorite girl next door has been receiving flack, seeing how Theroux kicked his longtime galpal to the curb once he hooked up with Aniston.
