The roads just got a lot safer. Despite having her license suspended by the courts, troubled actress Amanda Bynes continued to be a menace to society behind the wheel...until last weekend. Less than a week after photographers captured her smoking something that looked like pot in her car and driving around aimlessly, Bynes was pulled over yet again. Only this time, she was ticketed for driving on a suspended license, and her car was impounded. Of course, if the police really wanted to show her they meant business, they would have given more than just another slap on the wrist. For the time being, taking her beloved BMW will have to do. Bynes is due in court on September 21. The 26-year-old Easy A star currently faces two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges. She's also been charged with driving under the influence. One person who believes Bynes has gotten WAY too many chances is fellow former child star Lindsay Lohan, who can't even look in the wrong direction -- let alone drive in it -- without being questioned by police. Lohan took to Twitter to express her disgust, writing, "Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far? +" The Mean Girls actress added, "These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all*" Over the weekend, TMZ reported that people around Bynes maintain that Bynes is suffering from mental health issues. They claim she has been talking to inanimate objects and having conversations with herself. Sources tell TMZ that all off the hoopla surrounding her and the stories "are being blown way out of proportion." Tell that to all of the people who have crossed her path and have the damage to prove it.
