What happens in Vegas...can ruin your sex life and health forever but make you rich. At least that's what one anonymous tourist found out when he or she had sex with an equally anonymous male A-list star while visiting Sin City. The tourist wound up contracting herpes and sued the star, who's referred to as John Doe in court documents, for $5 million. TMZ broke the story of the lawsuit last month, and according to the suit, the plaintiff met the celebrity defendant, who is allegedly worth "more than $100 million," and was lured up to his room to do what people do when they meet hot strangers in Vegas who just happen to be stars. The star claimed not to have any venereal diseases when the plaintiff asked and "entered into a nefarious plot designed to lure Plaintiff into his luxurious hotel room to serve his prurient desires." Last week, TMZ reports that the star settled the suit for $5 million. And it may lead to an even bigger payday; the plaintiff claims the encounter was videotaped...paging Steve Hirsch.
