When it comes to Nicki Minaj, starships aren't the only things that fly. The singer's temper was flying after she got into it with fellow judge/archnemesis Mariah Carey during auditions earlier this week. TMZ got their hands on some pretty unflattering footage of the "Super Bass" singer completely losing it. As Minaj melted down, she threatened to knock out the "Fantasy" singer. She can be seen shouting, "I told them I'm not f*ckin' putting up with her f**kin' highness over there." Minaj was seated at the end of the judge's table, with country singer Keith Urban in between her and Carey. Sources tell TMZ that the impetus for the argument was nothing more than a contestant's performance. In the video, Minaj was heard shouting "Get this s**t in self control.  Get in control.  Get in control." Veteran judge Randy Jackson then tells Minaj to settle down. However, his warnings go unheeded. Minaj continues on her rant, screaming, "Don't lose your head.  Don't lose your head (inaudible).  Don't tell me I'm a gangster. (inaudible) every 5 minutes.  So every time you patronize me, I'm-ma take it back, and if you've got a f**king problem, handle it. I told them I'm not f**kin' putting up with her f**king highness over there.  Figure it the f**k out.  Figure it out. I'm not gonna sit here every f**king minute to have you come down and harass me every minute every day." Carey's responses can't be heard. Needless to say, AI producers pulled the plug on taping for the day. However, the powers that be are now having major doubts as to whether or not the two women will be able to survive the season together.  Right about now, it's pretty safe to say Mariah doesn't think the two women belong together...or anywhere near each other.
