I have been making this for years. But I put it in a 9x13 pan, cover with mozzerella cheese and bake for 30 minutes on 325. Sauce to die for! White wine - red wine - both are good. Although I agree - recipe was mislabled. Votes: -1

Good recipe except for the fact that there's no Marsala used. How can you call this Chicken Marsala without it? Hmmm.....Use a sweet Marsala wine instead of the white wine and you'll have a much better flavor and then it will be a REAL Chicken Marsala. Votes: +2

Leave out the onion and Marjoram and use real Marsala instead of the white wine.
Then you have a real Chicken Marsala dish. Votes: +1
