The Pros and Cons of One-Night Stands

Any semblance of morals is out the door. You wonder why you feel lonely or depressed after your one night stand? I think it's called guilt, which in most cases comes because of bad choices. This article is devoid of any sign of moral or emotional depth. It reads as though it was written by a teenager - it is self-serving and full of rationalization and reeks of someone who has not lived long enough to understand that sex is not the same thing for men and women. Consider that unfair if you want, but it is biology. The attempts at "anaylsis" of human behavior in this piece are superficial at best and laughable. This is supposed to be an "expert" commentary? Well I am not sure why the media tries to tell women the can have guilt free one night stands.

As my girlfriend says women just can't separate the two, emotions and sex.

From my own personal experiences with women and one night stands it never was just that. There were emails, texts, phone calls all wanting to go out again. That is not a one night stand.

I was a bit depressed after wading through this article. But I have to say that I am heartened by many of the comments here.

Men like to look at hot chicks (yes, me too). We get turned on by them. But that doesn't mean we want want to have sex with them all, respect the, or want to have a relationship with them.

In fact, most men I know, after look at some hot skank on the web, will turn and say, "but I wouldn't f*ck her with YOUR d*ck."
