In most states, it is a crime to spy, via keylogging software on your spouse. You might think not, but it is a felony under current federal guidelines. It's called wire-tapping, and though you aren't exactly tapping someone's phone, you are, in essence doing the same thing by snooping. If someone is having sex on the side it is because their needs are not being met. A lot of time people enter into a relationship that takes care of 80% of their needs and that is ok while the relationship is new. They will find a way to fill the other 20% sooner or later. This may or may not be an end to it. Some find that they are not missing anything and settle down. Some find the missing part becomes the most important part until faced with loosing the other 80. So the question is weather you can handle the other % being taken care of by someone else. I personally do not think anyone can fill 100% of the needs of their partner. I figure if they need a little on the side once in a while to take care of the itch and is otherwise a good relationship that it is something to think about. It is like the old saying, I know who they are coming home with. People are way too freaked out about it, it happens, deal with it and move on. Been there done it and had it done....relationship is fine. If you think yours is perfect be ready to have it blow up if you are not able to accept your partner for who and what they are. Just because someone is not "having their needs met" does not give them license to cheat. If you are so miserable in a relationship that you begin to consider straying, there are only two acceptable routes for you to take. 1) You approach your partner and tell him/her that you are feeling unfulfilled and alone. When I see things like this it drives me cra zy. Probably at various points in my life I exhibited various of these behaviors for various reasons, but I have never cheated on my wife (either physically or emotionally). The problem is that people read this as verbatim evidence that their spouse is cheating. Once paranoia plants the seed of doubt, it is extremely hard to prove your innocence. That is very destructive to an otherwise good relationship. I have no doubt that these behaviors are sometimes exhibited by cheaters when you look back in time, but most of the time they are just simply signs of just wanting to be more appealing to their spouse, or maybe they had a bad day, or problems at work, or any of a thousand innocent reasons. What a load of crap. When my ex-wife and I were married, every morning, for 6 solid years, I made her coffee - EVERY MORNING! It may sound small, but it meant the world to her that I always remembered to do something so nice, with no gain on my part, and only for her.

As the article notes, during the course of marriage, we often let our appearance slide. So when she started manicuring her nails, it made her hands look amazing! And that prompted me to start whitening my teeth. Then, after the birth of our son, she began dieting and exercising to get back into shape. This seems to be a no win situation. A few years ago I started to realize how wonderful my wife really was and I started to shave on the weekends (on my day off I would give my face a rest). I also bought new clothes for myself and took her shopping on my card. I also made it a plan to take her to nice restaurants on a much more regular basis than before. I tried initiating more love making not just quick sex. The result was that she became suspicious of me, even though I was innocent of any wrong doing. She finely divorced me. and moved out. Two years ago my husband became obsessed with Facebook...wanting to update his profile pic all the time, asking for me to find him new pics to add, and then came the criticizing...then started making jokes about my lips that they were so small (never bothered him before), I would comment how my boobs got so saggy after breast feeding and instead of him normally telling how beautiful and sexy I was he encouraged me to work out to try to perk them up or that he'd be ok with me getting plastic surgery...yes his exact words.....went into his gmail buy clicking "forgot pa*sword" and figured out security answers and changed his pa*sword to lock him out, saw facebook messages that were linked to his gmail and reset his facebook pa*sword and found ALL private messages between his ex and him...my honeymood pictures scattered throughout his page as he held my 1 year old daughter in his profile pic while he has his indescent, sexual conversation with his ex girlfriend and heavy flirting with his colleague at work...it was priceless..this was second time I caught him doing this, our divorce will be final this November.
