If your partner or spouse is reading your e-mail and monitoring your internet usage, it is worth ending it immediately. Aside for physical violence, invasion of privacy is the best sign of an evil and abusive personality. It also is a legal offense. After you dump the person, make sure to tell the next partner of this person why exactly you ended the relationship or marriage.

I have a friend who was victim of such a demented person. The unauthorized reading of his e-mail was the last straw, and he immediately ended the relationship (and impending marriage). It would have been nice to put this woman in his prison or at least get her fired for what she did, but he didn't do it. In return, she frequently wished him to die. From time to time, life gets boring,stressed,people worry about time pa*sing away form them, are they still up to it, and all those emotional things that plague human beings....happens to both sexes, not just men, although women are better at accepting things and are often too busy to have time to ponder the alternatives...what with kids and jobs and various obligations outside of their jobs. Hence, they look for escapism and it's easiest to find in flirting or quick relationships with someone who has 10 minutes worth of sympathy for your situation.........voila, you think you care for that person......maybe you do, probably you don't really....it's just that they happen to be there on a low day in a low moment. Big deal.
When things suck in general, change yourself, your hair, your clothes, your hours, your job, whatever you can change, change it......not your spouse, unless there a jerk anyway.......the problem is usually with yourself! This is 99% complete crap. I cant believe anyone would right this. I do 85% of these things and I love my wife who is way younger then I am and way to pretty for me. Its my only marriage, its will be 4 years in Aug and we have been together for 6. We spend almost every second together and it would be impossible for either one of us to cheat. We also work together and drive to work together, I do most of the things on this list. Suprise vacations, shopping, attention, popping in her office to say hello, Groom, buy new cologne all the time, manscape, buy her new clothes, buy myself new clothes, and pretty much do a lot of the things this article says is a sign of cheating. Remember over 40% of us never cheat even if we are not in love. This article is the worst garbage I have read in a long long time. My friend (whose e-mail was spied on) did NOT give her his e-mail pa*sword. The lady installed a program on his computer (when he was not around) that captured all his website his pa*swords. Had she wanted, she could have also stolen his money. She was not interested in that, but she surely was interested in his e-mails, which she read for months. Then she started quoting to him verbatim from his own e-mails. In short, what she did for several months was illegal and abusive.

Just like her, you like abuse and breaking the law. I don't, even if you call me paranoid. In fact, being labeled paranoid by someone like you is an honor. Given what you write, I would be worried if I were praised by you. Votes: +5

I think this article was okay and some of what it says is true concerning a cheating spouse. They do start taking vested interest more in how they look and exercise when cheating. Also hide credit card bills etc....take unexplaned work trips and lie about alot of stuff. My husband is a habitual cheater and I don't know why I keep staying should show me that I do not really matter. I thought I was a good wife all these years for the most part. I unfortunately related a lot to this article. My now (ex) boyfriend was moving for a new job, and we decided to do the long-distance thing. I was upset, but completely upfront and wanted to give it an honest try. As the days counted down, I noticed his cell phone was basically an extension of his arm, but miraculously whenever I got close, he shut it off, or put it down faceDOWN. In his last week here, he surprised me by telling me he was going to treat me to a trip to Italy, to compensate for all the pain he was putting me through and to have something to look forward to.
The night before he left, I found out he had already created a match.com profile in his new city, and was setting up dates before he even landed. I'm crushed, but this whole time my gut has been telling me something was wrong. Better to find out sooner rather than later :( Votes: +6

Install a spy program on the computer? The good news is, most people who spy on their spouses don't go to jail or are even prosecuted. The bad news is, this is a felony under federal law as well as many state laws.

The thought process whoever wrote this article sounds to be at the maturity level of an insecure twenty year old female who just had her heart broken.

The whole premise sounds more like a woman who is trying to spring a trap on a man at any move that seems out of some base line she has conceived in her own head.
