High Fiber

Dietary fiber has long been known to be a key part of balanced nutrition. Dietary fiber is found mainly in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes and has been scientifically proven to help with a number of digestive issues over the years. More recently, studies show diets high in fiber can promote satiety, lower cholesterol, lower risk of heart disease, and help control blood sugar levels.
