I think the review is very good. I have never heard any other doctor explain the difference in the foods that will help us feel good and the ones that end up making us feel bad, in so much detail. I have already heard and know that alcohol is a depressant and that sugar is a short term rush followed by a crash.

I enjoyed the article very much and learned finally a true explanation of a true "diet" for lack of a better word. It all boils down to having a knowlege of the foods we put into our bodies and the side effects they can have on us ie. making us feel bad or depressed , getting a sugar high and then to fall to the bottom, we all experience it but do not a*sociate it with the foods we eat! This was a great turn around for me. I purchased the book immediately to have as a guide to being more in control of my health not just for me but the health of my family! Thank you so much.
