Enter your goal size and weight to get a glimpse of what you'll look like at your goal weight. Or check out a photo site that allows you to tinker with your measurements. If you want to go the old-fashioned route, simply cut out your head and stick it on the body type you're working toward. Keep the image around - stuck to the fridge, perhaps -- for inspiration.
