How to Get A Full-Body Workout
A great way to switch your workout up from time to time is to try a full body workout. This is also great for beginners to learn proper technique before diving into split training. There are many different ways to work out your whole body in one session. For example, you can perform only one or two exercises per body part two days per week. Or you can do two days of split workouts and save your full-body workout for the third day.
