Most cities have adult leagues for team sports, and the Internet is a good place to start if you want to get involved. When you belong to a team, your teammates depend on your participation, so you're held accountable for showing up, unlike working out solo, where it's easier to slack off. So get out there, work up a sweat, enjoy the company and reap all the benefits of belonging to a sports team.
