As the head of household, there are plenty of ways to combat the fat by making healthy and exercise a priority for your family. We're talking about activities that won't cost you a thing but may save a life. Set aside some time every evening to get physical. Those dishes aren't going anywhere. After dinner, go outside and get moving. Take your kids or spouse on a walk after dinner. Round up the neighborhood kids for a spontaneous game of kickball.
