Hungry? You Can Handle the Tooth
Many people tout mint and its overwhelming scent as an appetite suppressant. Obviously, this is a quick diet tip you can put into action whether you're at home, work or anyplace else. Simply keep a toothbrush and a travel-size tube of toothpaste in your purse or desk drawer. Or you can even spring for a small bottle of mouthwash that may also do the trick. Many times the desire to nibble doesn't come from hunger but from boredom or stress. So the next time hunger strikes and you're out and about, don't pay a visit to the vending machine for chips or candy. Instead hit the bathroom and give your mouth a quick cleansing.
