For many women, the prospect of losing their husband to jail might be downright devastating. But according to sources, Bravo reality star Teresa Guidice is looking at her husband's potential prison sentence as a stepping stone to further her career. Although the 40-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star has remained mostly mum on the subject, insiders say that Guidice plans on prospering off of hubby Joe Giudice's misfortunes. A source from the hit show maintains that the mother of four already has a grand plan in the works. The insider tells Us Weekly, "If Joe goes to jail, there will be sympathy for her. And she'll get a spinoff about life as a single mom. She'll do a book deal, too: My Life Without Joe or something like that." A second source says that the hot-tempered housewife has every intention of leveraging her personal problems for professional advancement. The source adds, "I've heard it time and time again: The second Joe goes to jail, Teresa's getting her own show." Guidice supposedly wants to follow in the footsteps of fellow former Bravo housewife Bethenny Frankel, who has become a financial powerhouse since the Housewives franchise launched her career. And according to one source, the notion isn't that far-fetched. The insider says that Giudice "knows this is a critical time for her and any future opportunities, so she doesn't stop working. Bravo would definitely give her her own show, especially after this season. There's so much drama."
