While Amber Portwood's fellow Teen Mom co-stars are moving on with their lives, the 22-year-old herself is apparently expanding her circles of pals within the confines of prison. According to Radaronline.com, the former MTV reality star has made friends in high -- or low -- places, depending on how you look at it. The mother of 3-year-old Leah is currently serving a five-year prison sentence, which she voluntarily chose over completing a drug rehab program. Now, it appears Portwood has found herself a "sugar" mama who goes by the name Sugarfoot. In fact, the two women are so tight that Sugarfoot got Portwood's initials tattooed on her neck. An insider tells Radaronline, "Amber has made few friends at Indiana's Rockville Correctional Facility, but Sugarfoot certainly has her back. Everywhere Amber goes, Sugarfoot is by her side - she's what they call in prison, a protector, someone who will fight your battles and keep you safe. They are very fond of one another. Amber even asked to move cells to be closer to her new pal. And as a sign of Sugarfoot's true dedication to her new friend, she has had Amber's initials tattooed on her neck." Like Portwood, Sugarfoot is mother to a young kid and also has a drug problem. Supposedly, Portwood and her new friend are both benefitting from their close relationship. The source adds, "The pair appear to be a good influence on one another, which can only help Amber get her life back on track."
