It's Britney, b*tch. That seems to be the message Britney Spears is trying to send as she kicked off her first X Factor auditions this week. The singer's toxic comments at the Austin, Texas, auditions rivaled those of veteran Negative Nellie judge Simon Cowell, as she gave wannabe singers the stinkeye and withering feedback about the paltry performances. Not even her former duet partner Don Philip was immune to her criticism. The 32-year-old had a brief stint in the music industry, accompanying Spears vocally on the track "I Will Still Love You" that appeared on her debut album, ...Baby One More Time. Philip obviously  fell on hard times because he was shaken and teary throughout the mediocre audition. "The problem you have, Don, you don't have a good singing voice," Cowell told him, summing up the opinion of the other judges, after the performance. He earned three more no votes from Demi Lovato, L.A. Reid and Spears. When 50-year-old Sean Armenta takes the stage, his awful voice and delusional demeanor don't get a break from Spears, who says after his performance of an original song, "I want to know who let you on stage." Spears is obviously taking the gig seriously, and Us Weekly reports that she and her team want to make sure it goes off without a hitch. In fact, a hotel rider for the audition locations reads, "Very important: We require you to empty the minibars of all alcohol. And no gifts of wine or any other alcoholic beverages, please." Cowell is pleased with her performance so far as well: "She's quite difficult to please. But she's a fascinating person and I got to like her a lot."
