Nobody can ever call reality show mogul Simon Cowell a homewrecker. A homegiver, maybe. The acerbic Brit gives new meaning to the ex factor by showering his former fiancees with multi-million-dollar mansions. The latest casualty of Cowell's fleeting feelings is ex-fiancee Mezhgan Hussainy. Cowell pulled the plug on their engagement after less than two years. But the X Factor creator has no intentions on leaving her out in the cold. He's given her an $8 million mansion. TMZ is reporting that insiders say Cowell believes Hussainy "deserves" the luxury home for putting up with the limelight that has shone on her since getting with him. Cowell has copped to being "a hopeless boyfriend" to The Sun. Despite calling it quits, insiders tell TMZ that this isn't the first homewarming gift he's given to a galpal. Back in 2008, he gave longtime girlfriend Terri Seymour a lavish $5 million mansion and millions in cash. Nothing says "no hard feelings" like some cold hard cash... and lots of it.
