It's been a tough month for driving-challenged actress Amanda Bynes. The third time definitely isn't a charm, as the Easy A star has been accused of yet another hit-and-run, this time in a rental car. Just four days after she clipped a cop car while drunk, TMZ reports that a 5 series BMW slammed into another motorist on the 101 Freeway. The car exited hurriedly, running a red light in an attempt to escape the scene and victim. The police showed up and ran the license plate number that the victim managed to write down, and it matched an Enterprise rental car that you-know-who had rented. The victim was able to ID the driver of the BMW by looking at Bynes' mug shot - taken just four days before! Unfortunately, there was no independent witness available to identify Bynes in the wreck, so no charges were filed.
