All of the excitement of the Billboard Music Awards took its toll on the late Whitney Houston's on-again, off-again boytoy. The 31-year-old R & B singer was rushed to the hospital earlier this week. According to TMZ, Ray J was discovered "out of it" in his hotel room. The situation was so dire that Kim Kardashian's one-time sex tape partner was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Sources say he couldn't even get out of bed. The incident unfolded just hours after a showdown with Houston's family. Apparently, Houston's family didn't want Ray J anywhere near them during the tribute to the "I Will Always Love You" singer. Pat Houston demanded that security remove Ray J from the area; however, he refused. Pat summoned security, as well as uniformed officers. She was quickly informed that the tension would be caught on camera and likely tarnish the tribute to Houston. Pat backed down, and Ray J was allowed to stay put. However, the drama obviously took its toll on Ray J. He remains hospitalized for exhaustion and dehydration. His hectic travel schedule didn't help matters. Ray J had just done a 32-day round trip to China and drove immediately to Vegas upon touching down.
