Sounds like Christian is going to have to do some more Bale-ing out after another hit to his image. Christian Bale is well-known for his documented ragefests, like the one where the Dark Knight actor went on an expletive-filled tirade directed toward a cinematographer on the set of Terminator Salvation. Or the 2008 incident in which he was accused of assaulting his own mother and sister. This time, a former publicist is selling out the Welsh hottie in a tell-all biography. Harrison Cheung worked for Bale for several years, he claims, without being paid a cent the entire time. Details are murky as to why he worked for free, but Cheung's unwillingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement might have something to do with it. The Huffington Post reports the dirty deets Cheung reveals, and the actor seems to have a history of flying off the handle, he reports. When contacted by fans, including being approached in public, Bale bristled. He would "lecture little girls about being rude and intrusive until tears streamed down their faces, and their parents tugged them away from our table," Cheung writes. Once, a fan sent a letter to Bale's home, and it got Bale downright homicidal. Bale faxed Cheung that the fan should be "eliminated": "A screwdriver thrust thru the eyeball into the brain prevents any screaming. Let me know how it goes," Cheung claims the actor wrote. Holy overreaction, Batman! Cheung reports Bale's frustration with losing out on roles, including Titanic and Training Day. Eventually, Leonardo DiCaprio, who nabbed the Titanic role, would prove Bale's biggest competition - Bale went for roles in This Boy's Life, What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Romeo & Juliet and The Beach, all of which eventually starred DiCaprio. Cheung reports that the actor took his toll on him in the form of post-traumatic stress disorder, which Cheung says took five years of therapy to overcome.
