Here's some sobering news. Radaronline.com is reporting that famed Ghost actress Demi Moore may have fallen off the wagon again. According to the Web site, daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are contemplating an intervention for their sobriety-challenged mother. Although Moore completed a stint in rehab earlier this year, her girls are growing increasingly concerned about her bizarre behavior. An insider tells Radaronline.com, "Rumer, Scout and Tallulah are so concerned about their mom that they're considering if they should stage an intervention. They don't know what to do to help her, and they're starting to wonder if she needs help again." Without citing any examples, the insider maintains that the 49-year-old estranged wife of Ashton Kutcher has become alarmingly thin once again. It has been widely reported that Moore received treatment for an eating disorder and substance issues. Now it appears those demons may be back to haunt her. Another source told Radaronline.com, "They're really worried about everything she is doing lately, and they're getting mad at her. Demi has been doing things that make them worry that maybe she isn't staying sober and they're not happy about her behavior."
