At one time, it was good to be Levi Johnson. The ex-boyfriend and baby daddy of Bristol Palin reportedly earned more than $1 million, which is a pretty impressive paycheck for the high school dropout. Between his book deal and his Playgirl spread, the 22-year-old Alaskan made enough to be sitting comfortably. But that was then and this is now. According to Us Weekly, Johnston blew his fortune on guns, boats and four-wheelers. Instead of setting himself -- and son Tripp -- up for the future, Johnston apparently spent frivolously. Now, he's reportedly broke as a joke and living with his mother. Even more mortifying is the fact that Johnston supposedly hasn't paid child support in more than two years and barely sees his son. Further complicating money matters is the fact that Johnston's new galpal Sunny Oglesby is pregnant with a girl. They plan on naming her Breeze Beretta. Nothing says class like naming your child after a weapon. With no job prospects in the near future, Johnston is relying on his old standby source of income -- farming himself out to the media to make a buck. Says the insider, "Levi made over a million dollars selling TV and print interviews to the press when he was with Bristol having a child, when they split up, and when they got back together again. And now he is hoping to do the same, selling access to his new daughter." One source maintains that Johnston can hardly command the kind of payout to which he was once accustomed. He might make a fraction of the fortune he once amassed. One magazine editor tells the Huffington Post, "Will TV shows and weekly magazines pay Levi? Yes, but not the same sort of money he got when he was with Sarah Palin's daughter, just after she ran for vice president of the United States. He will be lucky to get $5,000-10,000 for pictures of his daughter. Even if he got back with Bristol, I'm not sure anyone cares anymore." If Johnston wants to reveal his goodies in Playgirl, he might garner enough to get by. The former VP of marketing for Playgirl reveals that he might hit paydirt with the girlie mag. Daniel Nardicio tells the Huffington Post, "Levi's value has stagnated somewhat due to his not being in the public eye except for missed child support payments. I believe if he were willing to go full frontal I could get him a pretty fair deal -- say $25,000 for a layout. I was privy to his endowment and can say he has nothing to be ashamed of."
