Less than a week after Broadway babe Kristin Chenoweth was injured while filming The Good Wife in New York, screen siren Halle Berry was seriously hurt making her new movie. According to TMZ, the Revlon model whacked her head on the concrete after falling. However, X17.com says it's possible she was hit by a falling object. One photo agency reported that the 45-year-old stunner was rushed to the hospital via ambulance. Berry is currently filming the movie The Hive. But not to worry, it's back to business as usual for the mom of one. Her rep tells TMZ that all is well with the actress, "Halle Berry suffered a minor head injury while shooting a fight sequence on the set of her film, The Hive. She was taken to the hospital as a precaution, but she checked out healthy and was released. She'll continue production as planned." Last fall, the Oscar-winning actress broke her foot while filming Cloud Atlas in Spain. It appears that this has been a week of head cases for Hollywood. Chenoweth took one to the head when she was hit by a piece of lighting equipment while working on the hit CBS show.
