Sheryl Crow can now soak up the sun without having to look over her shoulder. And producer Harvey Weinstein won't be hoodwinked by a stalker, either. The odd couple found themselves the subjects of a stalker's delusions recently. Phil Sparks is a homeless man who believed the two teamed up to ruin his live, TMZ reported. After some scary Facebook postings in which Sparks accused Crow of breaking into his house to look for a gun and "Other posts claimed that I was supposedly filming him surreptitiously, tried to have him arrested and that I had stolen money from him," Crow listed in the restraining order she requested. Sparks took it to the next level in July when he called the Screen Actors Guild to let them know he planned to "just shoot" Crow and Weinstein. The Pulp Fiction producer went so far as to hire a private investigator who assessed Sparks and determined he was a major threat. "Unless the court issues the restraining order against Mr. Sparks ... I am greatly concerned that Mr. Sparks may physically harm me, my family members, close friends, agents, and representatives." The pair and their families are seemingly safe after a judge granted restraining orders in which Sparks must stay 300 yards away from them for three years.
