It was an R & B showdown at an NYC hotspot between music powerhouses Chris Brown and Drake. The two singers and their crews got into a major altercation that left the "Turn Up the Music" singer with an ugly cut on his face. According to TMZ, both performers were at the WIP nightclub when things turned violent. Although there's no word on what started trouble, we're guessing it likely has to do with one very famous Barbadian babe who's been romantically linked to both Brown and Drake. Insiders say that Brown and Drake exchanged words over Rihanna. The "Crew Love" singer supposedly hooked up with the 24-year-old beauty after she broke up with Brown, who was arrested for beating the living crap out of her. Whatever happened behind closed doors between Rihanna and Drake obviously became a public nuisance when the two guys, along with their entourages, got physical. Police say that five people suffered minor injuries at the scene. By the time cops made it to the melee, the two singers were long gone. Right after the brawl, Brown Tweeted the pic of his face along with the message, "How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!" He later deleted the correspondence. Nobody was arrested, which is a good thing for Brown, who ironically is still on probation for beating up Rihanna.
