There's no place like home. Unless you're home away from home is rehab. Recovering addict Brooke Mueller has checked back into a treatment facility for the umpteenth time. According to initial reports, the crack-lovin' mother of two fell off the wagon and subsequently made a beeline for rehab. Although it was just last week that her mouthpiece said she had put "this chapter of her life behind her," a source close to Mueller told E! News late last week that she had suffered a major setback. Fast forward a few days later, and now Mueller's peeps maintain everything is hunky-dory and that rehab was in the cards all along. Last week an Aspen judge handed down a sentence of probation for her Christmas cocaine arrest. Mueller's lawyer Yale Galanter tells TMZ that his client had already committed to four rehab stints a year to ensure she keeps on the straight and narrow. Supposedly, addiction specialists advised Charlie Sheen's ex to visit rehab every few months to avoid relapses based on her track records. Part of her treatment plan includes routine drug tests several times a week -- every one of which she's passed, he says. If Mueller is winning, it looks like someone else may be losing. Reports recently surfaced that Mueller had been getting loaded at her ex hubby's house. When questioned by TMZ about the allegations, Sheen responded in tongues saying:
