Someone wants Chris Brown dead...and we're (almost) positive it's not Rihanna.  The shoe is on the other foot for Chris Brown, whose busy attorney Mark Geragos received some pretty serious death threats about the "Don't Judge Me" singer. Almost three months after the death of ex-wife Whitney Houston, R & B singer Bobby Brown is finally speaking out...and taking the opportunity to defend himself in the process. The New Edition singer, who was recently busted for DUI, has been on the receiving end of much blame since the "I Will Always Love You" singer died of an accidental drowning on February 11. At the time, the 48-year-old singer had a number of drugs in her system, including cocaine. Despite being divorced from Brown since 2007, friends and family still blamed him for her downward spiral into drug abuse during their 14-year marriage. Brown sat down with Matt Lauer on the Today show to profess his love for his late wife, even after their split. Brown maintains that his relationship with Houston was "was great ... I had 14 beautiful, beautiful years with that woman. I can honestly say that -- I love that woman with -- with everything that I am. And I believe she loved me the same way." As for his role in her death, he says hell to the no. Brown refuses to play the scapegoat for getting Houston hooked on drugs. Brown says that it was actually Houston who enabled him to take his own substance abuse issues to the next level. Brown recalls, "I smoked weed, I drank the beer, but no, I wasn't the one that got Whitney on drugs at all ... I worried about it when ... we first got together until I tried it. And when I tried it, for some reason, I have an addictive personality." Brown also expressed disbelief that anyone could blame him for her untimely death. He says, "It's just unexplainable how one could, you know, [say he] got her addicted to drugs -- I'm not the reason she's gone." Ironically, Brown had seen his ex-wife the week before she died. At the time, he assumed she had cleaned up her act. He says, "Everything about her was going upward. She had this glow about her -- incredible -- I was thinking to myself, 'She must be doing very well.'"
