It looks like professional boxer and Justin Bieber's mentor Floyd Mayweather is rubbing off on the pop singer already. According to TMZ, the "Boyfriend" singer is being investigated for criminal battery after supposedly taking a few swings at a paparazzo. The trouble began at a mall in Calabasas, Calif., when a shutterbug attempted to photograph the Biebs and girlfriend Selena Gomez. Eyewitnesses tell TMZ that the paparazzo blocked Bieber's car when the 18-year-old singer attempted to leave. Bieber exited the car and asked the photog to leave, but he refused. That's when it got physical. The paparazzo was supposedly assaulted and called the police. Ironically, sources say that the photographer was approached by a lawyer who saw the whole thing go down and suggested he milk the situation for major moolah. The legal eagle advised the guy to call for an ambulance and file a police report, which is exactly what the paparazzo did. The paparazzo complained of pain in his stomach and was taken to the hospital. The cops are now investigating the whole thing, TMZ reports.
