Comedic actor Fred Willard was busted at an adult movie theater in Los Angeles Wednesday night, where he seemed to be impersonating Pee Wee Herman. Police conducted a random inspection of the Tiki XXX Theater in Hollywood, and they found the 78-year-old Modern Family guest star with his genitals exposed and in his hand, according to TMZ. He was arrested at approximately 8:45 p.m. and booked for lewd conduct. Willard is known for starring roles in comedies such as Best in Show, A Mighty Wind and his upcoming film - and we just can't make this up - The Yank.

When TMZ's photogs caught up with Willard as he left his lawyer's office, he denied all wrongdoing, saying "It didn't happen." He said the cops and he have a "differing opinion" on what happened that night, and that a "a strange situation" led him to the theater. Meanwhile, the repercussions were swift -- PBS announced that he would no longer host the show Market Warriors.
