It looks like the third time wasn't the charm for Amanda Bynes. The accident-prone actress had another bang-up on the road Saturday, and she seems to be notorious for her poor driving skills as of late. This time, she hit a woman TMZ identifies as Kisa from behind, and after chatting briefly about the damage to the vehicles, Bynes left the scene. Kisa reports that she didn't recognize the woman in the BMW who hit her because she "looked like a hot mess." Bynes "seemed nervous" about exchanging insurance information because she told Kisa the damage didn't look so bad. After repeatedly asking Bynes for her info, Kisa says she just drove off. When Kisa called the cops and told them who hit her, one police officer actually said, "Didn't she just get a DUI?" Bynes was arrested on suspicion of DUI back in April and pled not guilty. Since then, she's had three fender benders. Obviously drivers ed wasn't an Easy A for the actress.
