Some people never learn. Count former child star Amanda Bynes as one of them. Although she is currently on probation for driving under the influence and faces two counts of hit-and-run separate incidents, that hasn't slowed down the out-of-control actress. The What I Like About You star was back behind the wheel, engaging in some risky business -- and it was all caught on camera.  As it so happens, Bynes' license has been suspended. The troubled celebrity was tailed by photographers who dug up enough photo dirt to bury Bynes. According to TMZ, the incriminating snapshots show Bynes driving around Los Angeles while taking hits from what appears to be a stealth pipe used for smoking marijuana disguised as a cigarette lighter. Oblivious to the fact she was being followed, Bynes reportedly had a heck of day. The paparazzi says that she started her day out at the local Baja Fresh, where she smoked out in her car and feasted on tacos. She then spent about three hours at a spa. Supposedly, she then drove around aimlessly for hours at time cutting off other cars and breaking traffic laws. Her final destination was Home Depot, where she once again smoked from the pipe. When she was away from her car, the photog took the opportunity to do some snooping (from the outside of the car, of course). He captured what appear to be seeds of marijuana in the cup holder, some of which appear to have been smoked. In addition, Bynes' BMW is littered with empty food containers, water bottles, soda cans, dog hair and other crap. To say it's a hot mess would be an understatement. If these pics don't get Bynes off the road, who knows what will?
