30 Rock actor Alec Baldwin showed off his infamous fury this week, allegedly attacking a photographer for the New York Daily News. The 54-year-old hothead was leaving the courthouse after getting a marriage license with fiancee Hilaria Thomas. It wasn't long before the aggressive NBC actor was swarmed with paparazzi. Apparently, Baldwin felt the shutterbugs were way too close for comfort. Daily News staff photographer Marcus Santos told his paper that Baldwin kept yelling for the paps to back up. Despite doing just that, Santos maintains that Baldwin continued to pursue him, and he eventually ended up on the receiving end of the actor's fist. Santos recalls, "He comes after me, starts shoving and punching me -- one time, right in the chin." Of course, the entire thing was caught on camera by another Daily News photographer. Most pictures are worth a thousand words, but this snapshot smacks of just one -- assault. Baldwin can likely expect to find himself slapped with a lawsuit. Of course, people from Baldwin's camp tell TMZ a much different tale, one that doesn't include any swinging fists. They say that it was the photographer who nearly hit him, adding that Baldwin was simply protecting himself. Baldwin addresses the incident on Twitter expressing his extreme distaste for the paparazzi, "A 'photographer' almost hit me in the face with his camera this morning #allpaparazzishouldbewaterboarded."
