| 20 Million Reasons Tony Parker Won't Club at W.i.P. Again |

A handful of no-name clubgoers weren't the only ones who got caught up in the Chris Brown-Drake melee at W.i.P. Nightclub last week. Professional NBA player Tony Parker was injured in the freaky fracas -- and now he is suing the NYC hotspot for a whopping $20 million. The ex-husband of Eva Longoria received injuries to his cornea when he was hit by shards of glass. While it might not seem like a major injury to most people, Parker relies on his eyes to play ball, and he's currently in a $50 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs. In addition, he is set to play in the Olympics for France's basketball team. So it's definitely a case of an eye for an eye with this litigation. According to the lawsuit, Parker's camp maintains that W.i.P. was well aware of the beef between the singers. However, they continued to serve all parties even though some were "visibly intoxicated." So far Brown and Drake haven't been dragged into the lawsuit, but it's not out of the question. Sources from the club's camp say that W.i.P. couldn't have predicted the brawl because neither musician is known for being violent...at least with each other. Says the source, "Chris Brown and Drake are not Biggie and Tupac." The club also believes that with 15 security guards on hand, they were properly prepared for anything that went awry -- or awr-eye in this case.
